Originally from the heart of North London (Camden Town), I moved to Bath for University.
Never having a set of decks of my own, but always having the desire to DJ, I turned my attention toward my computer and found ABLETON LIVE! Some might say that “Real DJ's use Vinyl” but I say “Bollocks to that”. Music is music and I love it with all my heart and soul.
I grew up on 90's Indie music, then fell in love with early 90's hip hop, then found that nothing could rival House and BreakBeat for raving to. Subsequently I try to blend a healthy mix of all three into my sets, using Hip Hop raps and Indie Vocal lines over House Beats. I love DJ-ing, and playing music that people may not have heard before, (I'm tired of hearing the same old tunes, aren't you?) so I therefore strive to be creative and musically innovative with my mixing and song selection.
But most importantly I play music that gets people dancing, and I'm not talking about leaning against the wall, beer in hand, tapping your foot dancing, I'm talking about Block Rocking Beats and Deep Dirty Basslines to fill your boots with.
